Data confidentiality and neutrality

Q: Does TMC share information about shipments, carriers, rates, or suppliers with C.H. Robinson capacity teams?

If you choose, TMC can operate independently with intentional and measurable separation from the capacity teams at C.H. Robinson. Our commitment to keep data separate and confidential is part of our standard contract language. We have a secure system firewall separating all customer and carrier data from C.H. Robinson capacity teams. This provides a level playing field for all carriers—whether it’s C.H. Robinson or a competitor. If you decide this is not necessary for your business, we can share data when it makes sense.
