USTR Delays Section 301 August 1st Tariff Increases

Dear Valued Customer,

On July 30, 2024, the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) issued a notice that they are continuing to review the 1,100 public comments received for the proposed Section 301 tariffs increases that were intended to be in effect on August 1, 2024. The USTR is anticipating they will issue a final determination during August 2024. The USTR expects any changes will be effective two weeks after the date of their public notice.
