USTR Update on Final Determination in Section 301 Increases

Dear Valued Customer,

On August 30, 2024, the United States Trade Representative (USTR) published an update on the pending determination of Section 301 tariff increases based on their final review of comments submitted by industry.

As of this notice, the USTR has not completed their review.  They expect to make a public announcement of the determination in “the coming days”, the announcement stated.  The July notice from the USTR stated that they expect any changes will be effective two weeks after the date of their public notice. We are monitoring the status closely and will provide further updates as they become available.
